In our continuing effort to minimize the risk of exposure to both our customers and employees, the following locations will be closed until further notice: West Houma, Lake Street, and Countryside.

Customers should visit or call the nearest drive-thru locations in Houma, Lake Charles, and DeRidder, for any banking needs. A list of all branch phone numbers and addresses can be found here:

Staying Connected to Your Bank

We wanted to take a moment to reassure you that the health and well-being of our community, customers, and employees is our top priority.  We will make every effort to be responsive to the needs of our customers and employees as the circumstances evolve.

To protect our employees, customers and the communities we serve, we are temporarily suspending lobby service at all Pedestal Bank locations effective March 19, 2020. We will be serving our customers through our drive-thru lanes only until further notice.

We have several options to access your accounts outside of the branches:

  • Online Banking (If you aren’t already enrolled in online banking, you can do so on our website
  • Mobile Banking App (search for Pedestal Bank in the Apple App Store or Google Play Marketplace) As a reminder, within the mobile app you can deposit checks, pay bills, transfer money and check balances.
  • Telephone Banking (877-580-2265)
  • ATM (at all Pedestal Bank locations)

We are closely monitoring the situation and will make every effort to protect the health of our customers and employees while continuing to provide you with the quality products and services you have come to expect from us.
